Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact information at checkout. We are unable to change shipping details once an order has been shipped.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos where applicable.

All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not offer refunds back to the original payment method.

If you are unhappy with the fit or ordered the wrong size, you may return the item for store credit only.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, store credit will be issued for the product value.

• Replacement or new orders made using store credit will follow our standard production and shipping times
• We do not offer refunds for sizing issues, change of mind, or customer preference
