Made-to-Order Products
All FunkInk artworks are produced individually to order.
As our prints are custom-made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:
•Change of mind
•Incorrect size selection
•Incorrect address entered at checkout
•Accidental orders
This is in accordance with Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes cancellation rights for goods made to order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Quality Guarantee
We are committed to delivering premium-quality prints.If your order arrives:
•Damaged
•Defective
•Incorrect
•With a production fault
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include:
•Order number
•Clear photographs of the issue
•Brief description of the problem
If the issue is validated, we will:
•Arrange a complimentary replacement, or
•Issue a refund where a replacement is not feasible
We aim to resolve all quality issues promptly and professionally.
Colour Consistency
While we use professional print processes and premium materials, printing is a technical and chemical process.
Minor colour variations may occur due to:
•Machine calibration
•Paper type
•Environmental conditions
Such variations fall within industry tolerance levels and are not considered defects.
Additionally, colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration differences.
Lost Orders
If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Once confirmed as lost, we will arrange a replacement.
Returned to Sender
Orders may be returned due to:
•Incorrect or incomplete address
•Rejection at delivery
•Failure to collect from courier
If an order is returned due to incorrect address information provided at checkout, a new order will need to be placed. We may refund the original product cost, but additional shipping charges will apply.
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details.
No Return Address
As all products are made to order, we do not provide a return address or accept physical returns unless specifically authorised following a validated quality claim.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If a product is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to a remedy under UK law.
