MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS & ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All Funkink Studios products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only once we issue an order confirmation email.
Because our products are custom-made:
•Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
•We do not accept returns for change of mind.
•Please check size, framing choice, and delivery details carefully before completing checkout.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.
PRODUCT REPRESENTATION
We make every effort to display colours and images of our products as accurately as possible.
However:
•Colours may vary depending on your screen settings and device.
•Minor colour variations may occur due to professional printing processes and material differences.
•Such variations fall within acceptable industry tolerances.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
The price displayed on each product page is the final price payable for the product itself.
Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout unless otherwise stated (for example, where free delivery applies).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout at the time your order is placed.
You confirm that:

•All billing information supplied is accurate.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

•Customs processing
•Incorrect address details
•Events outside our reasonable control
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You are responsible for ensuring your delivery details are accurate.
RETURNS & QUALITY GUARANTEE
As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a production fault, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

•Clear photographs of the issue
•A brief description
If validated, we will offer:
•A replacement, or
•A refund where a replacement is not feasible

All artwork, designs, imagery, graphics, branding, and content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Funkink Studios.
Our artworks may be created using digital and AI-assisted tools as part of our creative process. All copyright and associated rights remain exclusively owned by Funkink Studios.

any artwork or content without prior written permission.
Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website is powered by Shopify. While Shopify provides the platform, all purchases are made directly with Funkink Studios.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, tools, or links accessed through our Services.
Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
FEEDBACK & REVIEWS
If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce and publish that content for promotional and business purposes.
