Orders & Payments

All orders can be placed directly through our website by selecting your chosen artwork, size, and frame option. Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

We accept a range of secure payment methods shown at checkout. If your payment is declined, we recommend checking your billing details or trying an alternative payment method.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply upon delivery of their order.

Shipping Information

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Production time: 2-4 business days from order confirmation. 
  • Delivery time: Typically 2-7 business days within the UK, depending on the shipping method selected.

We ensure careful packaging to protect your prints during transit, but please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Returns & Refund Policy

Made-to-Order:

  • All FunkInk artworks are individually produced for each order.
  • Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size, or accidental orders.

Quality Guarantee:

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a production fault, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, photos, and a brief description.
  • If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund if a replacement is not possible.

Colour Variations:

  • Minor colour differences may occur due to printing processes or screen displays.
    These are not considered defects.

Lost or Returned Orders:

  • Contact us promptly if your order is lost in transit or returned due to an incorrect address.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details; additional shipping charges may apply for reshipments.

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

For framed prints, gently dust the surface with a soft, dry cloth when needed. Avoid using water or cleaning chemicals directly on the print or frame.
